Luego se debe mezclar, mezclar y mezclar (no con batidora sino con una cuchara de palo, espátula o algo). Se revuelve hasta que disuelva y se pone a hervir a fuego lento. Aparte coges la &lt;a href="http://www.alambique.com/images/Productos/099129_099133_fuente_canelones_porcelana___71.jpg"&gt;refractaria&lt;/a&gt; (el recipiente)y la engrasas con mantequilla, para que no se pegue el postre. Luego colocas primero un poco de la mezcla, luego un tendido de galletas, más mezcla y más galletas, hasta que no queden más galletas y el tendido final debe ser la mezcla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por último llevas el postre a la nevera, más o menos durante 4 horas.
